CADFathers Polishing Service

Let me make
you
an offer
you can't refuse! |
 |
I am out of work as some of you know so I'm falling back on something that I
have some knowledge of; Polishing. I
can do most any material, brass, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, what ever
you may that needs polishing, I'm your man. And yes polished aluminum does
require more attention than chrome, but
WHILE CHROME MAY SHINE IT JUST LACKS SOUL.
While I'm on the subject let me state this and I cannot emphasize it enough,
NEVER under any circumstances place a clear coat finish over polished aluminum.
It will oxidize over time and with clear coat over it you cannot get to it to
clean it. It's kin to painting clear over freshly sanded steel, it'll hold up
for a short while but it will eventually rust. My bike sat outside exposed to
the elements after my crash in Sept. of 2006 for at least 3 months, and I
haven't done anything to the polished surfaces in the last 2-1/2 years, they
still look good, not show worthy but better than most would expect. I've got a
list of most of the parts for the Warrior that I have done with the
noted exception of wheels and I tell ya, I'd really have to like you to do your
wheels even if you're paying me. I'm adding the wheels due to
the volume of requests that I've had for them but I'll put it this way, you can
get them chromed for what I can polish them for, now if your still interested
shoot me a Private Message and we will talk.
I have a few parts that I can do on an exchange basis, ie I'll polish the part,
send it to you, you then install it and send me your original part(s) back.
That is assuming your original is not beat up or damaged. I'll
compile a list of what I have on hand and add the word (exchange) beside the
price, I am constantly adding to this list so if you don't see it just ask. I
don't have a core charge to protect myself on this, but all that I ask is for
you to have been a member here for at least a year, or to have at least 50
posts. If you don't meet either of those just PM me we'll work something out.
Be sure to let your non-Warrior friends know as well, they and you can
check me out on the web at:
